TikTok is like the worst place to inform oneself about something, like feminism. That may be the problem, ppl get stuck to these shitty quick supposed to be funny and meme social medias and don't read the stuff about feminism, its waves, its history, its main authors and defenders, academic researches... And get with the false impression that a meme worthy quick social media stuff represents the movement instead of doing a serious research and reading.
